They are responsible in the process counselling for the SAP processes of the group of Supply chain management (SCM) with the central topics of interest job planning, arrangement, progressing, quality management and maintenance in the main focus and the processes strategic/operational purchase and inventory update in the Nebenfokus.
Area of responsibility/tasks
Process and application advice in the surrounding field of application SAP, with the goal of efficient and marmonisierter operational sequence and structures for the Businesses units of the division Mobility
Advancement of the implemented processes and admission as well as evaluation of new requirements
Initiation and presentation of Prozessworkshops with the customers
Vorklärung and evaluation of CHANGE Requests (CR) in the context of the total process
Conception of processes and solutions in co-operation with the respective process responsible persons
Conception of the CR within the CCB (CHANGE control board)
Put the necessary measures to the CHANGE management on for those Mobility far implementation of process and system adjustments
Monitoring of the process quality inclusive. Definition and implementation of characteristic numbers
Presentation and control from user Groups to the individual subprocesses
Training
Successfully locked study of the field economical informatics or economic engineer nature (computer science or mechanical engineering) (average period of study >4 years)
Knowledge/knowledge of a language
Knowledge SAP R/3-Module PP, mm, PM/CA and square meter
