The power transmission division covers turn key switchgears, transformer stations, achievement and disconnecting switches, not-switching products and transformers beside transmission solutions for the high voltage also. In addition the division positions itself as a solution offerer with strong local presence. Besides continuously research and development are advanced, in order to optimize the portfolio.
For our location attaining we look for a senior system engineer (m/w) for high voltage direct current transmission (HGÜ) at the next possible time. In the context of this activity you are responsible for the Systemauslegung with HGÜ plants. A later development target to the technical project manager (TPM) is possible.
Their tasks:
- Concept and detail interpretation of HGÜ plants
- Execution from system studies to the determination of the calculation sizes of HGÜ static frequency changers and HGÜ main components
- Technical support of the direction of the project
- Technical support of the marketing department
- Care and advancement of the Auslegungstools incl. documentation
- Participation in international committee work
- Support with research & development topics for HGÜ of projects
Their profile:
- Successful final higher education of the field electrical energy engineering
- Founded expertise on the areas of the high voltage technology and power electronics
- Expert knowledge within the range of the HGÜ and FACTS technology
- Good handling programming languages, e.g. basic, Matlab
- Safe in the project management
- Safe in handling MS Office tools
- Negotiation-safe German and good English knowledge
