Our hospital in Heidelberg, Speyererhof, covers at present 152 stationary beds of the phases B, C and D of the neurological rehablitation. By an extension the bed number rises in January 2011 on 209 beds, in addition comes further 10 dailyclinical treatment places. In the course of this extension we look for qualified and committed personnel, who supports us in the treatment of our patients and in adjacent fields of application.

To 01.11.2010 or according to agreement we look for a qualified and an engaged from there in part-time (50%, 2,5-Tage-Woche)

Coworker (m/w)
for the patient administration
(Arrangement)

Their tasks:
general patient administration including the recording of performance and
- account
Completion of the patient documents as well as the monitoring of the assumption of the costs and applications for extension
Partner for physicians, secretariats and stations in our house
Solely responsible arrangement, time limitation and bed allocation after medical default
Give of information over photograph possibilities in our hospitals and the modalities necessary for it and structures of the individual partial hospitals, accommodation possibilities of Begleitpersonen, room equipment etc.
Ansprechpartnerin for social services and drop managers, established and hospital physicians, patients and member as well as for all cost objectives
Co-ordination of the operational sequences with change of the treatment phases and information of the places involved (physicians, secretaries, stations)

Their profile:
final commercial or administrativeoriented training
Professional experience in an administrative activity
safe handling modern EDP programmes (in particular MS Office)
Experiences in the health service are of advantage, but not condition
