In the context of this position you are responsible to solution for the Businesses unit oil & gas and Industrial Applications services on basis Oracle on and or Salesforce as well as for the structure of the support concept and Sicherstellung of the IT support for the development of a world-wide CRM (Customer Relationship management).

Their tasks:
- Project cooperation: Consultation/development of technical solutions within the range CRM (Salesforce or Oracle on and); Fulfillment of the agreed upon goals and Sicherstellung of economic success; Cooperation with location-spreading IT-completion
- Organization and support of the service organization within the range 3 level support for CRM
- Proposalverantwortung: Production of professional offers, which correspond to the requirements of the customer and offer according to the basic conditions which can be considered (e.g. economy) optimal solutions
- Completion of project and - conclusion: Decrease by the customer, recalculation, completion/conclusion of the project documentation, processing of the project results and - experiences for the re-use of the developed (Knowledge) Assets

Their profile:
- Successful completed higher education of computer science or economical informatics
- Very good specialized knowledge over CRM tools (Oracle on and, Salesforce)
- Expertise of the interface to SAP, insbes. CS module
- Knowledge in the project management (in accordance with PM@Siemens), CHANGEs management and software development process
- Knowledge of the sales processes, methods and data (Siemens CRM of processes prefers)
- Negotiation-safe German and English knowledge
- Professional experience of many years
- Experience in (part) the direction of the project or Consulting
- Guidance experience in the co-ordination of internal and external project workers
- Professional experience in international projects
