Responsibility of the central payment account for more than 3,000 coworkers in the German company at eight locations • strategic adjustment of the HR service of center in the crimping company • guidance and advancement of a team of eleven coworkers • center responsibility for SAP HR and all further HR systems • advancement of the HR-IT-strategy and the HR report system • conversion of legal innovations/regulations in the company with consideration of all locations, different collective agreements and employment agreements • permanent process improvement by application of new technologies and new organizational adjustments (HR Shared services) • partners for internal and external examiners (Steuer/SV/BG/Wirtschaftsprüfung) • expert for special topics of the payment account (e.g. Delegations, resetting, Due Diligence, part-time work for elderly people)

Their qualification:
• very good knowledge within the ranges social security right, tax law, pension plan, part-time work for elderly people as well as comprehensive knowledge in work and tariff right and data protection • experience in handling SAP-R/3-Modul HR and time economic systems • fun at the challenge, complex topics independently, creatively and to concern • high service and customer orientation solution-orients multiyear occupation and guidance experience in a comparable surrounding field • readiness and ability for the passing on of knowledge
