The tasks of our department of company accounting/conclusions cover:
Production of the end-of-year procedures of the domestic societies as well as the company conclusions after IFRS standards
Analysis of changed accounting regulations (IFRS and HGB) and implementation into the existing company accounting structure
Actualization, adjustment and advancement of the balance guidelines of the company as well as control of their observance
Production of the company reporting as well as structure and advancement of the necessary report and information structures
Support of foreign associated companies with the integration into the consolidation circle and in the company reporting as well as their technical consultation and support at the time of the conclusion production
Balance and financial plan of the associated companies
Execution of assessments of company value and examinations in the context of Impairment test
Analysis, optimization and documentation of the process cycles in the account system as well as the relevant previous lawsuits as well as harmonization and standardisation of the business processes in the company units
SAP work on the project among other things introduction of SAP R3 at new associated companies

Their profile:
Final economical study with emphasis account system, company conclusion or audit
Multiyear professional experience in the company account system of an internationally aligned company enterprise desirably or graduates with appropriate practical course experience
Founded knowledge in IFRS
Experience tested in practical applications in the production of single and company conclusions
Application Know how as a user of SAP R/3
Knowledge of the consolidation software SEM-BCS favourably
Communication-safe English knowledge
Pronounced ability for teamwork and communication
Analytic-conceptual intellectual capacity
