Their area of responsibility
Production and vote of assignment concepts for international assembly project delegations on the basis of legal and operational defaults (e.g. tax legislation, social security right, immigration right, defaults of central specialized divisions)
- Analysis of tax concepts of central specialized divisions regarding influence on the person taxation, social security and defaults pertaining to labour law
- Consultation of project-taken part (e.g. project buyers, sales manager, project manager, HR departments at home and abroad) in fastidious project-specific characteristics (e.g. registration of business premises, changes in and foreign legislation, changes in the accommodation concept) - i.d.R in English
- Adjustment of assignment concepts - if necessary, causing concerted solutions with the involved partners for the avoidance of project risks, consultation of coworkers of the own specialized division in difficult send-relevant topics
- Perception of the role of the key account of manager as central partner for all send-relevant questions of the assigned Orgeinheit (EN)
