Plant Manager Rolling Mill - Mannstaedt GmbH

In this function you are responsible to the Adjustagebereich up to the temporary storage facilities for a range within the rolling mill of the starting material over the rolling train. You take over the following major tasks:

Sicherstellung of a smooth production flow under adherence to the given product quality and - quantity in the shift operation
Observance of costing and given dates
Penetration of industrial safeties, environmental standards
Increase of process security and the productivity by constant analysis of the production flows and continuous process optimization
Control and motivation of approx. 140 coworkers within 4 master ranges in accordance with our example and the guidance principles
Initiation and conversion of projects and KVP measures

We look for the discussion with candidates, who order over a final study within the range production engineering or metallurgy (emphasis metal shaping or rolling mill technology) as well as first professional experiences in the control of transform-technical processes. For the guidance of larger groups of productions you bring along the necessary occupation and guidance experience in medium-size industrial structures. They possess a pronounced costing, date and a quality consciousness along and have experience in handling certified operational sequence and KVP processes.
