Building site control in according to schedule and qualitative regard
Co-ordination and control of internal and external suppliers on the building site
Execution of the defaults from bill of quantities and work planning
Interface to internal and external suppliers and customer in coordination with the project manager
Monitoring of the adherence to the UVV
Guidance of the development document
Mass and audit
Our Requirements:
Study as a civil engineer or training as technicians/above ground construction
sufficiently experience in the construction supervision of ready for occupancy industrial building projects
very good knowledge in the VOB, building law and UVV
Able to communicateness, safe occurrence
economic thinking and acting
good knowledge in the Ms-Office-programs
