In this central staff function you are responsible for the conversion of the global HR strategy in the region Europe. Here we set on your organization strength with the development of innovative concepts for HRM instruments, organization and personnel development, Compensation & Benefits, recruitment and coworker connection. They will develop the necessary processes in the region Europe, will initiate programs and will support the operational units during the implementation and conversion. The co-ordination of central HR projects in the individual countries as well as the continuous monitoring of the adherence to of our guidelines and Policies stand naturally also on your program. Briefly, you create in „your “region best conditions for it that we win effectively talents, to develop and to our enterprise bind can. Clearly that you stand thereby in the constant exchange with the global HR team. Beyond that you are advised as „internal HR-Consultant “the management of the European center and the responsible persons in the region in all HR-relevant questions and to support - occasionally also locally.

Their profile:
A final study with emphasis personnel management is your basis. Afterwards you made your way within the HR range of an internationally operating enterprise. Now you are ready as Personalreferent/in or HR-specialist-in with at least five years professional experience for a genuine career step and for more responsibility. They know each other with international HR structures out and know, on which it arrives at recruitment, Comp & Ben, PE and talent management. You already successfully proved that with the development and/or implementation of modern personnel concepts, - methods and - instruments. Also project management and HR-Controlling are not for you new ground. A & O: Personality! They are conceptually strongly, pragmatic and goal-oriented in the conversion, highly motivated and eigeninitiativ. Leadership and Teamplayer qualities draw you just as from as excellent able to communicatenesses - negotiation on English, in word and writing. Their co-operation with high-level personnel is coined/shaped of high acceptance and penetration ability. If you rank among it still openness and flexibility in handling most different personalities and cultures to your strengths, we are very strained on you.
