Sales Director - Spheros GmbH - Gilching with Munich

Their tasks:
They are responsible for all sales activities in the defined Kundenbereich and answer for apart from turnover also the appropriate result goals, a later assumption of land responsibilities are intended
They develop and communicate the sales strategies (products, sales ways, Kundenportfolio) and coordinate and/or advance their conversion
Beyond that you observe the competition activities and initiate from it derived measures for preservation and/or for the development of the own market share
They deepen existing customer relations and force the new customer production
Besides you take the saleslateral responsibility regarding the development of a new product segment

Their profile:
Final mechanical engineering or economic engineer study and/or comparable training
Multiyear professional experience in the international sales business of the automobile industry, ideal-proves with market and product knowledge of the bus industry
Outstanding market feeling for needs and Motivatoren of the customers
Good Ms-Office-knowledge
Negotiation-safe German and English knowledge, further foreign languages of advantage
Contact-strong, loadable and sovereigns personality
Business thinking and acting
Travel readiness
