The following tasks expect you:
• Development and extension of our existing customer master
• Customer service and complaint management
• Processing with internal software solutions (among other things CRM)
• Purposeful placement of vehicle-specific services and offers to our customers
• Data qualification within internal data bases
They bring the following conditions with:
• Final one, commercial training
• Experience within the range sale/customer service and commercial activities within the automobile range
• Flowing German knowledge, knowledge of a foreign language is of advantage
• Good market knowledges
We presuppose ability for teamwork, a structured and precise function, kommunikative authority and good PC user knowledge for this position. We offer organization clearance in an increasing organization and a competitive remuneration to you.
