In the line of business PT Particle Therapy plants are developed for tumor treatment with protons and carbon ions and integrated in installations for clients. For emitter generation a line accelerator and a synchrotron are in the plant (until 430 MeV/u) integrated.
For further reinforcement we need your know-how than physicists/Eletroningenieur (m/w).
In the context of the activity different partial aspects of the accelerator plant in co-operation are to be cared for also in and external partners. This covers above all start-up in addition, cooperation with the product definition, the development and the installation. The emphasis of the activity can depending upon experience and previous knowledge within the range of the control systems, the synchrotron, which is appropriate for Strahlführungen or the accelerator technology (hardware).
Their tasks:
Planning, co-ordination and execution of integration, system and acceptance tests
Production of integration, systematical test and test specifications
Company of the installation and start-up of first customer systems
Readiness for the stay on customer building sites for start-up and systematical test (world-wide)
Co-operation with internal and external partners
Partner (m/w) to system-specific questions for project management, Customer services and selling
Participation in the advancement of subsystems of the accelerator
Support of customized adjustments
Support of the interfaces to other subsystems, to system-spreading control systems and to the infrastructure
Their profile:
Final study of the field physics or electro-technology
Expertise in accelerator technology (magnets, radiation diagnosis, vacuum engineering, control systems, power supply units)
Experience in the enterprise of accelerators or in working with accelerators
At least 3 years professional experience in the development, preferably in connection with accelerator plants
Knowledge in programs for the accelerator interpretation/radiation dynamic/ion optics desirably
Management of suppliers
Requirement engineering
